Photos are required for all season pass products. You have four options for meeting the photo requirements:
  • E-mail: We accept good quality passport type digital photos in .jpg or .jpeg formats, at least 240 x 240 px. Please email to tickets@whiteface.com. Be sure to include the name of each pass holder(s) with corresponding photo(s) in the email.
  • Take photo at Whiteface: Have your photo taken at Whiteface and receive your pass in person.
  • Upload: Upload your new photo at checkout when you attach a guest to each pass product you purchase.
  • Use photo on file: Photos taken from last season (2016 - 2017) may be used for this upcoming season (2017 - 2018).
Please review the following photo requirements if you plan to upload or email your pass photo: 
  • New photos should be current; however, photos taken from last season may be used for the upcoming season.
  • Photos should be full face, front view, with plain backgrounds. No other items should be in the photo with you. We need to see your face clearly (facing the camera), suitable for a passport or drivers license, etc. 
  • Photo must be of the pass holder only; no children, pets, sunglasses, goggles, hats, funny faces, props or prosthetics (ex: fake noses, mustaches, etc.).
  • Image files should be no larger than 50kb; the recommended size is 240 x 240 pixels.
